Sales/Customer Service
We require an experienced person to assist in our sales department. Experience within the automotive industry is essential as well as the ability to work in a fast paced environment. General computer skills are preferred but not essential, as on the job training will be provided.
The Role involves:- Selling Performance parts and accessories in a retail and wholesale environment
- Answer telephone calls and respond to parts requests
- Work with other team members in the group
- Learn the varied stock and interpret all parts manuals
- Keep up to date with all latest distributor parts bulletins
- Identify new customers and business opportunities
- Maintaining and growing relationships with colleagues, clients and trade customers
- A strong work ethic
- Passionate & driven about your career
- Possess good phone etiquette and the ability to communicate effectively
- Willing & keen to learn
- Prepared to go above & beyond what is required
- Stable employment history is essential
- Problem solving, ability to multi task and work effectively in a fast paced environment
- Current driver's license
- Exhibit sound knowledge and work experience in Automotive Parts & Accessories Sales
- Skilled in establishing and maintaining productive and positive professional relationships with Clients & Staff
- Basic computer skills is essential
